Position Overview:

The Corporate Security Analyst will conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents of employee misconduct, which may involve breaches of company policies, fraudulent activities, theft, and potential threats to workplace safety. This role also encompasses security evaluations of both manufacturing and office environments, along with occasional responsibilities related to executive protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute in-depth investigations into security-related incidents.
  • Perform covert surveillance, both mobile and stationary.
  • Draft precise and comprehensive investigative reports.
  • Conduct regular security audits and physical security evaluations.
  • Serve as a liaison with external law enforcement agencies and first responders.
  • Support Executive Protection initiatives and related activities.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of automated security systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of five years in commercial security.
  • Proficient understanding of security protocols and incident investigations.
  • Experience in courtroom testimony is a plus.
  • Possession of a state-issued clearance card.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in union environments is advantageous.
  • Background in law enforcement is preferred.
  • Demonstrated investigative abilities.
  • Strong analytical and interviewing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in fact-gathering and report writing.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of security systems, including video surveillance, access control, visitor management, and alarm systems.
  • High integrity, self-motivation, adaptability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%) across designated regions.
