Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge, presenting the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers, and working at our front desk to answer phones and talk to members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
  • Present the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers
  • Work at our front desk to answer phones and talk to members
  • Give studio tours
  • Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first Orange Theory workout
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
