- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or sales support role, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Full-time position, requiring flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
