Hearts
  • Provide F.A.S.T. service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with customers about their projects, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cutting counter and cash register.
Hands
  • Unload freight from trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a high level of organization on the sales floor.
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
Minds
  • Drive sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Minimize shrink by following proper policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Inspire
  • Assist with training new team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Participate in store activities and events, such as education classes and custom framing.
  • Work with store management to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.


Physical Requirements
  • Stand for long periods, walk around the store, and move merchandise as needed.
  • Read and follow instructions, reports, and other information on paper and computer screens.
  • Orally communicate with customers and team members, and input data on computer keyboards and handheld units.
