  • I will partner with colleagues across various functions, including sales, portfolio management, marketing, product development, results analysis, legal & compliance, etc.
  • I will report to the Head of IS&A (Institutional Strategy & Analytics) while maintaining close collaboration with the Head of Pension Solutions and Senior Pension Solutions Consultants.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an analytical capacity focused on Asset Allocation, Multi-Asset, and/or Fixed Income within the institutional sector.
  • A strong technical foundation, including the development and enhancement of quantitative models and coding capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capacity to formulate recommendations supported by relevant quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Demonstrated experience in client engagement related to asset allocation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternatives.
  • Experience in developing and refining asset allocation tools to create a leading asset allocation framework for engaging Public Pensions.
  • Familiarity with proprietary Capital Market Assumptions (CMA's).
  • A solid understanding of the macroeconomic landscape and the implications of changes within it.
  • A proven ability to operate under tight deadlines.
  • Capability to manage personal priorities while successfully collaborating with others as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment.
  • Quick to learn and embrace new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven team player, capable of engaging with senior leaders in Institutional Pension Solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in Barra, Bloomberg, Excel, and other commonly utilized analytical tools.
  • An advanced degree or CFA designation is advantageous.
Licensing Requirements:
  • This position necessitates the Series 7, Series 63 (or equivalent), and Series 65 (or equivalent) licenses.
