- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in client-facing roles, with at least 2 years of management experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, photography, print production, media, and digital.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, including 401(k), holidays, and vacations.
