Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in client-facing roles, with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, photography, print production, media, and digital.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, including 401(k), holidays, and vacations.
