Automotive Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our retail store and drive our team's success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing all service department activities, including delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing vehicle inspections, and leading a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations.
- Lead, manage, and train a team of up to ten employees.
- Supervise technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
- Maintain inventory counts and overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
- General automotive knowledge.
- Excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Team building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
