  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the personal training department, ensuring seamless execution, and making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in fitness business development, team leadership, or a related field.
  • Certifications: NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification and current CPR/AED certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for fitness and customer service.
