We are in search of a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, dedicated to establishing and overseeing direct affiliate collaborations. This position entails the identification, negotiation, onboarding, and daily management of accounts to foster and enhance effective online campaigns for Diablo Media's internal assets.

This is a full-time role that offers flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in consistent outreach, negotiation, and communication with existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver exceptional consultative selling through outstanding customer service.
  • Track account performance, analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and propose strategies to boost account-generated revenues.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with accounts and relay performance insights to internal teams.
  • Provide creative packages, links, and reporting to accounts as required.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and brand guidelines in the dynamic digital marketing environment.
  • Proactively oversee marketing sources across all campaigns.
  • Attract new clients and businesses through research and referrals.
  • Establish and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets.
  • Represent Diablo Media at industry events and client meetings, both virtually and in person.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an affiliate or performance marketing context.
  • A BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and nurturing client relationships.

The base salary for this position is $85K annually, complemented by incentive compensation, benefits, and a 401k plan. Targeted earnings for this role can reach a total of $125K per year. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this opportunity.
