Facility Operations Specialist

As a key member of the Salvation Army USA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective scheduling of pickups, as well as the unloading and inventory of donations and delivery trucks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in completing in-kind log forms for incoming items and maintaining a fully fueled vehicle for pickups. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule pickups in a timely and effective manner
Ensure all donations and delivery trucks are unloaded and added to inventory
Complete in-kind log form for incoming items
Keep vehicle currently being used for pickups filled with gas
Notify supervisor of any discovered mechanical issues with vehicle
