Job Overview

The Lead Barista plays a crucial role in supporting the Starbucks Manager in maintaining a high-performing, efficient, and safe Starbucks operation. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure team members follow Food Division Standards and Best Practices
  • Provide leadership and direction to associates during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and speed of service
  • Support a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coaching to associates to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a fast-paced foodservice environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
