Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive transfer agency and shareholder services to clients.
- Manage call center operations, transaction processing, data entry, and quality assurance.
- Maintain client records and respond to inquiries regarding account performance and activities.
- Facilitate various financial transactions, investigate, and resolve transaction-related issues.
- Comply with internal processes and legal regulations to ensure adherence.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
