As a Clinical Educator I, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training plans for Sterile Processing staff, leading multi-week training programs, and documenting and reviewing training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training plans based on the priorities of your facility and staff members
  • Lead multi-week training programs for all new Sterile Processing employees at your facility
  • Document and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify employee knowledge gaps at your assigned facility and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the Sterile Processing team
  • Build continuing education programs with a focus on new products and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 3+ years' experience in Sterile Processing
  • 3+ years' experience in training
  • Sterile processing certification required
