Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to support the day-to-day clinical operations in our San Francisco office, manage and mentor our nursing team, and support the operations team.

This role will involve close teamwork with physicians, nurses, and other team members, with a focus on enabling the team to provide the best quality care at a high level of service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of RN experience, either in a hospital or clinic setting, and must have managerial experience and mentoring of junior team members.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical support as needed
  • Leadership and HR functions, including PTO, time cards, staff absences, and conflict resolution
  • Providing leadership and guidance to RNs at all sites
  • Collaborating with Site Leadership to conduct RN Performance Reviews
  • Collaborating with HR on recruitment, hiring of RNs and Medical Assistants
  • Training of new RNs and Medical Assistants

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service, and will have excellent communication and writing skills.
