Job Title: Sales Enablement Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Consultant to join our team at Allied Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales productivity and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Produce data-driven insights to inform sales and marketing strategies, analyzing sales trends and opportunities to optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Insights: Provide in-depth analysis of client needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform sales narratives and prospecting efforts.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and sales teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with current campaign calendars.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency, optimizing the sales process and pipeline management.
  • Business Acumen: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market pressures to inform sales strategies and narratives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working in a financial services enterprise.
