Key Responsibilities- Sell our guaranteed savings solution to real estate operators, highlighting the benefits of reduced energy consumption, carbon footprint, and grid services revenue.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, maintaining a deep understanding of relevant energy and real estate policies, programs, and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, conducting sales presentations to key personnel and effectively positioning Parity's unique value proposition.
- Work closely with our engineers to develop proposals and develop a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and other means, participating in industry events to represent Parity and grow our presence in the market.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our service offerings, company strategy, and market positioning, coordinating with our marketing team on campaigns and other demand-generation activities.
- 5+ years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record of being a top sales performer.
- Experience in the DMV market, with a background in HVAC, building automation, energy systems, property technology, or real estate.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
