Job Summary

The Exercise Physiologist is responsible for orienting, monitoring, and evaluating patients receiving Exercise Myocardial Perfusion or Pharmacologic stress tests. They must maintain good flow for all tests to minimize wait time for all patients. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field is required.
  • Knowledge of basic 12 lead ECG and arrhythmia recognition is preferred.
  • ACLS certification is preferred.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
