Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of the contract lifecycle for the Ft Belvoir Humphreys Engineer Center.
  • Oversee operational and maintenance functions, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Direct financial management activities to optimize project profitability.
  • Collaborate with union representatives and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
  • Manage contract modifications and negotiations effectively.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align project execution with customer requirements.
  • Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and facilitate internal meetings.
  • Complete all required training and maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and perform duties in a secure manner.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in project management or construction supervision.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Skilled in office software applications (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and worksite regulations.
  • Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
