Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service by responding to inbound phone calls, addressing customer concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and company policies to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Use critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues, such as product searches, pricing discrepancies, and order management problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and industry developments to maintain a high level of expertise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Strong desire to help customers achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.
