Reconstruction Project Manager

At Paul Davis Restoration of the Mountain Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage reconstruction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are addressed promptly.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale reconstruction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
