Construction Site Superintendent Job Description

At UrbanCore Construction, we're seeking a skilled Construction Site Superintendent to lead our projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with the approved budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a site superintendent.
  • Proficiency in software such as Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Procore.
  • Familiarity with interpreting site plans and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and protocols to maintain project safety.
  • Experience with site management and leading projects.
  • Understanding of master and look-ahead schedules.
What We Offer:
  • Annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, plus a bonus.
  • Employee health coverage, 100% paid by the company.
  • 401K with company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
  • Unlimited vacation time.
