Position Summary

Richardson Bike Mart is expanding its E-commerce team and is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance customer experiences through our online platform. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Order Fulfillment: Managing the entire order lifecycle, from payment processing to product selection, packaging, and shipping, along with customer follow-up.
  • Product Catalog Management: Supporting the E-commerce Manager in maintaining an updated and organized product catalog.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensuring that all processes are streamlined and effective, including maintaining adequate shipping and packing supplies.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively reaching out to customers to assist them in selecting the appropriate bicycles and accessories to meet their needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
  • A strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Proficient in technology usage
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
