Job Opportunity

KW Pueblo is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Buyer's Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients find their dream home.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market
  • Follow the team plan
  • Set buyer appointments
  • Lead follow up

Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Real estate license is required
  • Superb communication

We offer a competitive commission structure, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth and development within our successful and supportive team.

Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
