Job Title: Medical Project Manager - US Hematology

Job Summary:

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Medical Project Manager to join our team in the US Hematology department. As a Medical Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating medical matrix team meetings, ensuring the agenda is focused on key deliverables, risk management, issue identification, and resolution. You will also partner with Finance and Medical leads to facilitate the budget process, including trade-off discussions and ongoing budget planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Medical Team Lead/core team to facilitate medical matrix team meetings
  • Partner with Finance and Medical leads to facilitate the budget process
  • Identify, develop, and implement new processes to facilitate continued evolution of the Operations function and improve efficiency of the Medical organization
  • Support key clinical trial efforts to ensure execution and delivery in the US
  • Ensure key communication points are captured and disseminated

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of medical affairs
  • Project management foundation and relevant experience on matrix management, budget management, metrics, and leadership communication
  • Demonstrated ability to interact directly and productively with team members and management and to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to lead and engage in complex scientific discussions to develop/summarize clear follow-up/action plans and execute
  • Experience with drug development, commercialization, healthcare, clinical trial management a plus
  • Bachelor's degree. An advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) is a plus
  • 3-5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization. (Science background strongly recommended)
