We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr to join our team at TAJ Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the requirements management efforts for large projects, devising and executing a requirements management plan, and taking ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and understand stakeholders, initiate and facilitate meetings and discussions as appropriate.
- Work with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives, and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements.
- Provide business-related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process.
- Produce project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other documentation as required.
- Mentor team members and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree required; major in computer science field preferred.
- Six (6) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong knowledge of third-party administration/claims management business and technology.
- SQL knowledge is strongly preferred.
- DevOps management is preferred.
- A basic understanding of code is strongly preferred.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
- A basic understanding of Figma is preferred.
- Analytical and interpretive skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Leads the requirements management efforts for large projects to include new client implementations and large strategic projects; devises and executes a requirements management plan for assigned projects; and takes ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project.

Works with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives, and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements; provides business-related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process.
