Job Title: ARS-Rescue Rooter Coupa Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Systems Analyst to join our Procurement team at ARS-Rescue Rooter. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and the ability to manage, configure, and support the Coupa platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the Coupa platform, including system configurations, user access management, and role-based permissions.
  • Perform system updates, including patching, new module implementations, and configuration changes, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with Coupa support and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Support flat file and REST API approaches as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Coupa or other P2P platforms in an IT systems analyst or related role.
  • Strong understanding of P2P processes and best practices.
  • Experience with system integrations, especially with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
