Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Growth Strategist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new and maintaining existing relationships in a sizeable portfolio of National Commercial Real Estate loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop profitable National Commercial Real Estate loan volume through cross-selling and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with peers and senior leaders to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Analysts, Associates, and Commercial Leadership Program participants.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with complex financial transactions.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience and sales management preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong credit training and underwriting skills preferred.
