Join StandardAero as a Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at StandardAero. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to production teams to resolve process-related issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Investigate and resolve equipment and process-related problems to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or aerospace engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
