Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Thin Film Process Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Supporting manufacturing operations by developing and implementing enhanced manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes that lead to increased efficiencies, yields, and quality.
  • Executing project plans focused on efficiency enhancements, cost reductions, quality improvements, and new product support.
  • Performing lot and equipment dispositions to ensure a seamless production flow and minimize cycle times in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Identifying systematic issues related to processes or equipment and effectively communicating findings to the engineering team.
  • Assisting in the manufacturing ramp-up by executing equipment/process startups and conducting process experiments.
  • Engaging in data analysis and problem-solving activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Thin Film Process Engineering, particularly in High-Temperature CVD.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • A strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
