Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Utilities Engineer Intern to join our team at CRB. As a Process Utilities Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to the design and engineering of critical utility equipment and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project deliverables under the direction of an assigned mentor.
  • Execute engineering calculations, including heat transfer and hydraulic pressure drop calculations.
  • Assist with the development of conceptual designs and coordinate with the design team.
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines and other internal and external team members.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, BioProcess Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines and other internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working towards Fundamental of Engineering Exam registration or completion.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Software Applications, including computer-aided drafting, process modeling, and calculations programs.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards within the AEC industry.
