Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $155,000, based on industry standards and location factors.

Job Description: Lead Superintendent

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Superintendent to oversee an entire trade or feature of the job in a stand-alone capacity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work meets project schedules.
  • Developing, documenting, and communicating work plans regarding changes made in the field.
  • Maintaining thorough understanding of contract documents to anticipate potential problems.
  • Obtaining necessary permits for construction purposes.

This role requires strong technical and communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and experience in construction management, particularly with large commercial/industrial projects.
