We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction Specialist to join our team in Abbott Park, IL. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and managing aspects of construction projects, ensuring their successful implementation on-site. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing budgets, and supervising site labor forces to guarantee compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Supervise site labor forces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, engineering, suppliers, and 3rd-party contractors
- Manage and interpret contract design documents, ensuring accurate translation into physical structures
- Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings to review progress and plan work

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 5-10 years' experience as a Site Engineer or similar role required
- Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project software

Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in high-rise building construction, ideally concrete construction
- Familiarity with city codes, safety requirements, permitting procedures, and LEED site management
