About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Credentialing and Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Master team, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, maintaining existing customer accounts, and verifying HCP licenses. You will work closely with our sales team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and accurate data management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting customer onboarding and verification processes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in our SAP system
  • Identifying and resolving customer discrepancies and issues
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and data management processes
Requirements

  • Experience in Master Data Management and customer onboarding
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Situational analysis and independent thinking
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes
