Your Role in Action
  • Collaborative Crusader: Work alongside our multidisciplinary team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other healthcare heroes to craft personalized treatment plans that empower our clients to reach their full potential.
  • Assessment Adventures: Embark on in-depth assessment journeys to understand the unique needs of each client, guiding our path towards effective treatment planning and interventions.
  • Medication Mastery: Demonstrate your expertise in medication administration, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
  • Vigilant Vigilante: Provide vigilant care during therapy sessions, responding promptly to any concerns or needs that arise.
  • Family Champion: Empower our clients' families with the knowledge and skills they need to support their child's journey, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Alliance Architect: Build strong alliances with external healthcare providers, ensuring seamless and integrated care for our clients.
  • Documentation Expert: Maintain meticulous records of our clients' progress and treatment interventions, ensuring we stay on track towards our goals.
  • Team Trainer: Share your expertise and skills with your colleagues, contributing to the ongoing evolution of best practices in ABA therapy and pediatric nursing.
Your Skills and Talents
  • A current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing, with a preference for experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
  • Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and their family, exhibiting empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
