We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN Homecare Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working with pediatric and adult patients with various medical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, collecting and analyzing data to inform nursing diagnoses and interventions.
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray, as well as a current BLS card.
- One year of prior professional nursing experience, with a strong foundation in pediatric and adult home healthcare.
