LPN Homecare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Randolph, NE. As a LPN Homecare Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Providing skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from healthcare members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which you will practice
- Have a current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Hold a current BLS card
- Have at least one year of prior professional nursing experience
