Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Direct Support Shift Leader to join our team. As a Direct Support Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to adults with IDD in our group home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision, assistance, and support to residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration.
- Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs that may arise following established protocols and procedures.
- Promote a positive and empowering atmosphere within the group home, encouraging social interaction, participation in recreational activities, and skill-building opportunities.
- Document observations, incidents, and interventions accurately and promptly in resident records.
- Collaborate with team members, including case managers, healthcare professionals, and family members, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including performing light housekeeping duties and conducting regular safety checks.

Schedules Available
Two schedules are available:
- Wednesday to Saturday: 12:30pm-10:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, 12:30pm-9:30pm, and 8am-9pm
- Sunday to Wednesday: 8am-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 2:30pm-9:30pm, and 2pm-10:30pm
The pay range for this position is $16.50-$18.50/hour.
