Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers, creating a qualified pipeline of decision-making contacts, keeping leads warm, and succeeding in closing sales.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, create, and pursue potential leads to drive sales.
  • Inside Sales: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to boost sales.
  • Web Sales: Utilize online platforms to drive sales and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Proficient use of Microsoft Office for tasks such as data entry, reporting, and correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales.
  • 1 year sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to connect and create professional relationships with people.
  • Enjoy working with diverse types of people.
  • Coachable/Teachable with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in English (Spanish not required, but is a plus).
  • High school diploma/GED.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate, plus attractive commission structure.
  • 40 hours PTO yearly.
  • Sick pay.
