Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
•Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success, driving results-oriented performance.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales goals
  • State Farm Staff experience is a plus, but not required
  • Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Property & Casualty license is required, with the ability to obtain Life & Health license
