Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Resident-Centered Care

Provide personalized care to residents, following their individualized service plans and promoting independence and dignity.

Responding to Resident Needs

Respond promptly to resident calls and concerns, addressing any issues or problems in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining Accurate Records

Maintain accurate and complete records of care delivered, including resident status and any changes or incidents.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current CNA license in good standing.
  • Have current CPR certification and TB skin test or chest X-ray.
  • Have previous long-term care experience (preferable).
  • Demonstrate good attendance, punctuality, and teamwork with excellent communication skills.
Work Schedule

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. You can expect to work 1st, 2nd, or weekend shifts.
