About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a Renal Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and other relevant data to identify potential complications and take appropriate action.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in renal care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing.
  • Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care North America's education and training program for new employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
