About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Abbott, a global healthcare leader. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, and technical support to our customers in the cardiac rhythm technologies field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff involving CRM products.
  • Identify and use the most effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices to execute processes.
  • Exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work.
  • Monitor performance and report status to manager.
  • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
  • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
  • Must apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
