About the Role

The Assembly Specialist will play a crucial role in the production process of Ventrac products, ensuring the highest quality and precision in the final assembly of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components using hand tools or machines, adhering to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Align components manually or using hoists, ensuring accurate and precise assembly.
  • Perform quality control checks, examining, operating, and testing finalized products to confirm functionality, machine capabilities, or compliance with specifications.
  • Address rework, repair, or replacement of damaged parts or assemblies, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background with relevant work experience.
  • Ability to comprehend established assembly procedures and detailed work instructions.
  • Prioritize safety while working in a fast-paced setting, adhering to company protocols and regulations.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. regularly and engage in bending, squatting, walking, or standing for extended durations.
