About the Role

The Assembly Specialist will play a crucial role in the production process of Ventrac products, ensuring that all components are assembled to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble Ventrac products using hand tools and machines, adhering to established assembly procedures and comprehensive work instructions.
  • Inspect and test finalized products to confirm functionality, machine capabilities, or compliance with specifications.
  • Address rework, repair, or replacement of damaged parts or assemblies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background with relevant work experience.
  • Ability to comprehend established assembly procedures and detailed work instructions.
  • Prioritize safety while working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. regularly and engage in bending, squatting, walking, or standing for extended durations.
