Job Summary

The Assembly Specialist position at The Toro Company's Ventrac division requires attention to detail and the ability to follow established assembly procedures and work instructions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling Ventrac products, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts using hand tools or machines
  • Position and align components for assembly
  • Conduct quality control checks, including inspecting, operating, and testing completed products
  • Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience
  • Ability to read and understand established assembly procedures and work instructions
  • Maintain high safety standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk, or stand for long periods
