Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Residential Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team that delivers exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Residential Market Development Specialists in their roles.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train Residential Market Development staff.
  • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable when expectations are not met.
  • Be familiar with reporting and analytics necessary to drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical and computer skills.
  • Ability to travel and work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather.
