About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor of Sales Teams to oversee the daily activities of our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team that delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and follow Charter's Sales Process.
  • Communicate territory assignments to Residential Market Development Specialists.
  • Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of commission payments.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals and coaching.
  • Develop plans to address knowledge and training gaps within the Residential Market Development Specialist team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical and computer skills.
  • Ability to travel and work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather.
