Sales Team Lead for Residential Market Development

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales goals.

- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
- Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
