Customer Service Coordinator

Cousins, a leading real estate investment trust, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate client events and activities to enhance their experience.
- Prepare and distribute client communications, such as welcome packages and event invitations.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist with correspondence, email, and mailings as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide support to the property management team, including assisting with client bill backs and vendor setup.
- Update and maintain various systems, including the Yardi Work Order System and Building Website.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi experience preferred.
