About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our Electrification Distribution Solutions division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the portfolio strategy for our Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Ring Main Units (RMU) in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, aligning with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Focus on achieving target metrics, including total demand orders, growth margin percentage, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and on-time delivery.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and coordinate activities across local divisions and business units.
  • Ensure balanced growth for all product lines, product groups, and business units, promoting technical aspects and utilizing value-based selling approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical marketing and/or sales.
  • Thorough knowledge of the electrical industry and competent in technical understanding, business management, and financial terminology.
  • Demonstrated history of cross-organizational and cross-cultural collaboration and communication.
  • Experience with engaging senior management organizations both internally and externally.
